We have recently completed the successful installation a new injection molding line in our Nu-Tide Comeq factory.

Equipment includes:
1 x 380 Ton Injection Molding Machine
1 x 250 Ton Injection Molding Machine
1 x 160 Ton Injection Molding Machine
1 x 125 Ton Injection Molding Machine
2 x Clamping Machines

This new manufacturing equipment and production line will allow Nu-Tide to further oversee the quality production of some of our automotive parts and playground equipment parts. Particularly radiator plastic tanks, which are now being manufactured, assembled and packaged in house!

This new setup will allow Nu-Tide to pursue ISO-TS 16949 certification. A quality system that Nu-Tide is already adhering to as regards standards. This ISO certification is specific to the automotive industry, one of our key industries!
