Nu-Tide is committed to quality. Our team of dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff work tirelessly to assure that your products meet or exceed your design specifications with every shipment.

We have spent over 15 years selecting and qualifying the best factory operations throughout China. Only the best of the best are invited to participate in our group of “quality circle” manufacturers.

We employ the following methods, among others, to assure compliance with your products specifications:

1. Supplier Assessment. This is a rigorous audit of each sub-contractor’s factory operation, processes and, of course, quality management system. Any factory that does not score well in this assessment is not accepted as a supplier partner.

2. Quality Assurance Testing. We know your brand is your reputation. We consult with you beforehand to be certain of the critical specifications and product features that “must be right.” A thorough understanding of your product and its market application help us to assure the protection of your brand’s reputation in the marketplace.

3. Quality Control Teams. We use a team approach to make sure nothing is left to chance. In addition, where needed, we utilize independent labs to confirm material content, strength and suitability.

Taking our commitment to quality even further, Nu-Tide maitains SAP manufacturing software. This in addition to operating our own factory, largely dedicated to inspection, go to ensuring superior quality control.
